After a year of lessons, I've greatly improved thanks to Roberta's dedication and guidance. Coming from a rock and metal background, her tips on technique and interpretation have made a big difference. I highly recommend her as a classical guitar teacher!

Roberta is an incredible teacher! I have had a few guitar teachers in my years of taking lessons and Roberta is up there with the best (and my favorites). I have grown so much in a such a short time with her and I am excited to see where the next lessons take us. Her keen eye and perceptiveness always catch things that someone with less experience does not - she catches mistakes and imperfections very quickly. This results in quicker growth and early catches. Her sense of musicality is impeccable and her overall philosophy of guitar as an instrument reflects a deep love and understanding. I have learned a lot not just about nylon string guitar as an instrument, but the art of music it self. I think anyone that wants to take their musicality and playing to another level should take lessons with Roberta! As with any great art and teacher, you must practice and take the advice/direction to heart! Roberta is the guide for this!
